Terms of service

1.Using this site

These terms are between you and Mark Nguyen, who builds and runs YouUseAI (youuseai.com). In these terms, “we” means Mark Nguyen and “you” means anyone using the site.

By opening and using any page on youuseai.com, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. If you let your child use it, you agree on their behalf.

2.What the site offers

YouUseAI is a set of games, apps, developer tools and the kids' corner, all running in your browser. The site doesn't sell anything, has no paid plans and carries no adverts, so there are no payment or refund terms. If a paid part is ever added, it will come with its own terms, and you'll know before you pay for anything.

Each game shows an age rating (00+, 12+, 16+) under the classification in Decree 147/2024/ND-CP. Parents should check it before letting a child play.

We may add, change, pause or remove any product, even if that stops its share links working. If a big change affects data you've saved, we'll try to give notice on the site so you have time to download it.

3.Accounts

• You don't need an account to use the site. Signing in — with Google only — is for keeping progress on your account, sharing links and sending feedback.
• You must be 16 or over to sign in. Under 16, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Keeping your Google account secure is up to you. Whatever is done from your account counts as done by you, unless you tell us someone else has taken it over.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't pretend to be YouUseAI.

4.What you mustn't do

When using the site, you must not:

• post, share or send anything that breaks Vietnamese law; anything insulting, defamatory, threatening, harassing or discriminatory; or anything obscene, violent or unsuitable for children;
• post someone else's personal details without their permission;
• post anything that infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property;
• use share links to spread malware, scams, fake sign-in pages or spam;
• attack the site, probe it for weaknesses, overload it, or try to get round its limits and protections;
• use bots or automated tools to harvest content in bulk, copy the site, or train artificial intelligence on its content. Search engines and the link previews that appear when you share a page are welcome;
• build a copy of the site, or embed it in another website, in a way that makes people think it's YouUseAI.

5.What you create and share

Routes, Markdown and JSON documents, timetables and feedback you create remain yours. When you save or share them here, you allow us to store and show them exactly as that feature does — for example, to anyone holding the link — and for nothing else.

A share link is public to anyone who has it. You're responsible for what you share, and for having the right to share it.

We may remove content or links that break these terms or the law without notice, and will work with the competent authorities when the law requires it.

6.Copyright and the YouUseAI name

The YouUseAI name, logo, product screenshots and the words on the site belong to Mark Nguyen. The site's source code is under the MIT licence, as the footer says; that licence covers the code only, and doesn't allow anyone to use the YouUseAI name or logo to make another product look like ours.

Some 3D models, sounds, fonts and map data belong to other authors and are used under their licences — map data, for example, is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Those assets keep their original licences.

7.What we can't promise

The site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep everything running correctly, but can't promise it will always be reachable, free of errors, or right for a particular purpose of yours. In particular:

• the games are for entertainment;
• the activities in the kids' corner help children learn, don't replace their teachers, and are best played with an adult keeping an eye on screen time;
• results from Mind Gauge and Mind Planets are for fun and reference, not a psychological or medical assessment;
• distances and arrival times in Route Board are estimates — on the road, always follow the signs and the conditions in front of you;
• data kept only on your device can be lost when you clear your browser or change devices, so download anything important — every app has a download or copy button.

8.Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost profit, or harm caused by third-party services while you use this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Vietnamese law doesn't allow to be excluded, or takes away rights that consumer protection law where you live gives you.

9.Stopping, and blocked accounts

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask for your account to be deleted as the Privacy policy explains.

If an account breaks these terms, we may block it: a blocked account can't sign in again or send feedback. If you think we've blocked you by mistake, message us on the Facebook page and we'll take another look.

We may also close the whole site. If so, we'll try to give notice on the site so you have time to take your data out.

10.Other people's services and links

The site links to or uses services run by others, such as Google (sign-in, Google Maps), Apple Maps and OpenStreetMap's services. When you use them, their own terms and policies apply, and we're not responsible for their content or how they run.

11.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. If there's a problem, message us first so we can try to sort it out together. If that doesn't work, the dispute goes to a competent court in Vietnam.

The terms exist in Vietnamese and English; if the two read differently, the Vietnamese version applies. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.

12.When these terms change

The date of the last update is at the top of the page. If something important changes, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect. Carrying on using the site after that date means you accept the new version.

13.Contact

For questions about these terms, to report content that breaks them, to ask us to review a blocked account, or to make a complaint, contact us in this order:

1. Message YouUseAI's page on Facebook — write here first, for any question, complaint or report of content that breaks the rules.
2. Requests about your account — deleting it, a copy of your data or a correction — go through Feedback & feature requests while signed in to that account, so we know it's really you. If the account is blocked, use the Facebook page.
3. Email: marknguyen1990it@gmail.com — for formal requests about your personal data under the law, or if neither of the above works for you.

Vietnamese or English are both fine, and we reply within 2 working days. The Contact page has all of these in one place.
